How to Order from Your Online Client Gallery | Fine Art Products

Hello lovely clients! We’re going to walk you through every step of this process – How to Order from Your Online Client Gallery.

This process doesn’t begin until your photos are ready for you to view in your online client gallery. You will receive an email with information on how to access and download your images.

Your online gallery is not just for viewing and downloading, though. You can also purchase professional fine art products directly from us, to be delivered right to your doorstep. This is the most affordable and efficient way to print your images professionally while also guaranteeing perfect color in your images.

Downloading and printing elsewhere may result in incorrect skin tones and poor quality images. We offer these products so that you can get your photos in your hands and on your walls in the most beautiful way possible.

So, let’s dive in! Once your photos have been delivered via email, you will open your online gallery using your password.

First, find the images you want to purchase.

If you’re having trouble deciding on frame sizing or which prints would pair well together, please reach out to us for help! That’s what we’re here for.

Next step: click on the image you wish to purchase, then click the shopping cart icon in the top left corner.

This will pull down the selection of fine art products we offer – everything from heirloom albums to framing, and prints.

If you’d like to purchase an album, guest book, or a box collection that will include multiple images, we will walk you through how to select those images once you have made your purchase. To order your album or box collection, simply click on any image, then the shopping cart icon, and add the product to your cart. Once your order is completed, you will get a separate email from us with more details on photo selection for those products.

Once you click on the shopping cart icon in the top left corner, you will see a window including the print and product options. Simply select the quantity and size for your print.

When you input a quantity, that item will automatically be added to your cart. Feel free to click on to the next photo you’d like to order, and follow the same process. If you need to remove an item from your cart, decrease the quantity to zero.

Lastly, once you’ve added the items you’d like to purchase to your cart, click “view cart,” then “checkout.”

A checkout window will load and walk you through the process of completing your order, just like any other online shopping experience. It will prompt you with shipping address and payment information.

And voilà!

Once your order has gone through, you can expect to receive your products in 4-6 weeks. Certain art takes longer in production. If you’ve ordered an album or box collection, you will receive an email from us shortly after your purchase to complete any additional info needed. (I.e.: You have to select images, cover art, etc. for an album purchase.)
